Builder promotes executive to oversee pre-construction efforts

NAPLES — DeAngelis Diamond promoted Bryan Trtan to pre-construction manager. He previously served as an estimator for the company.

In his new role, Trtan will collaborate with clients and design teams to develop custom preconstruction strategies that produce functional and financially viable projects. He and his team will help guide the decision-making process from project inception to completion, providing estimates at different stages of design, cost benefit analysis studies, feasibility reviews, logistics planning, scheduling and more.
