Contractor selected for new condo project expansion

CAPE CORAL — A contractor has been selected for the expansion at Isles of Porto Vista, a multifamily condominium complex. Bonita Springs-based Gates Construction will build eight three-story buildings, adding 123 units to the community. Each building will comprise 16,000 square feet.

The complex is at 3953 Pomodoro Circle, within the master planned community of Entrada. Construction is slated to begin this summer. The value of the project was not disclosed.
