Bank hires new senior vice president to grow commercial portfolio

Richard Hopper will oversee commercial bankers in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

SARASOTA — Richard Hopper has joined IberiaBank as senior vice president, commercial banking group manager for Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Hopper has over three decades of experience in the financial industry, according to a press release. In his new role, he will oversee a team of commercial bankers in growing the bank's commercial portfolio through new business development and expanding current relationships.
