Senior living advisory firm names new VP

BONITA SPRINGS — Oasis Senior Advisors franchise recruiter Sharon Cupach has been promoted to vice president of franchise development. The new position will allow her to expand the duties she has performed since joining Oasis four months after its inception in 2014: find top franchisees and provide the tools to carry out the company’s mission of connecting families with senior living solutions that fit their needs.

Bonita Springs-based Oasis has 67 franchisees in 28 states, most of them Cupach’s recruits. Owner and CEO Tim Evankovich says he projects Oasis to grow to 90 franchises by the end of 2018.
