Attorney named partner at firm

SARASOTA — Real estate attorney William McComb was named partner and shareholder at Sarasota-based law firm Berlin Patten Ebling PLLC.

According to a press release, McComb has been an associate with the firm since 2012.

He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial and residential real estate transactions; developer representation; lender representation and business asset acquisitions.
