Like grandfather, like grandson

A unique grandfather-grandson real estate duo is making its mark on Sarasota.

Don Carroll, 75, and his grandson William Feicht, 22, recently joined real estate firm One Sarasota Realty. They were previously with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Carroll calls the partnership with his grandson “a good combination,” and says they've been working together to sell real estate for a little more than two years.

“I think I felt I could pass on some habits that I've accumulated over a 50-year career of working in business,” Carroll says. “I would like to eventually be able to wind down a little bit and have him carry on with that good solid background of experience and a high level of standards for his business.”
