Developer selects contractor for 18-story tower

SARASOTA — Core Development Inc. announced BCBE Construction LLC was named the general contractor of BLVD Sarasota, an 18-story building to be constructed in the Rosemary District adjacent to downtown Sarasota.

BCBE Construction is based in Naples and specializes in custom home building. BLVD residents will be able to customize their homes through changes in floor plans and finishes.

The construction firm has built and remodeled custom residences in south Florida, including the high rises Aqua at Pelican Isle and Echelon on Palm in Sarasota.
