It's Jensen's Twin Palm Cottages and Marina on Captiva Island, recently put up for sale. With a listing price of $19.85 million, the landmark property, in the heart of Captiva's Village area, is the only marina currently on the market on Captiva, according to a statement.

The property's features include 35 boat slips, including a fuel dock and ship store; 14 guest residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom/two-bathroom cottages; more than an acre-sized lot on the Intracoastal waterway; and 170 feet of water frontage.
