Architecture firm expands to Sarasota with acquisition

SaltCo of Sarasota acquired by Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood of Montgomery, Ala. The two firms have collaborated on regional health care facility design projects.

SARASOTA — Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, an architecture and engineering firm based in Montgomery, Ala., has acquired SaltCo, an architectural and planning firm in Sarasota. The move expands GMC’s footprint in the Southeast as well its depth of resources.
