Tech firms — from Fort Lauderdale and Sarasota — join forces

SARASOTA — NXTurn, a Fort Lauderdale-based Oracle NetSuite Solution Partner, acquired Sarasota-based CumulusERP, a full-service enterprise resource planning and technology consulting firm. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. 

The combined team will provide support to NetSuite customers by bringing together more than 20 years of NetSuite experience, which includes more than 35 certifications and in excess of 400 installations, according to a statement. The CumulusERP team combines decades of accounting, information system and professional services experience with more than 10 years in implementing, administering and scaling Oracle NetSuite to meet the needs of large and small companies, the release adds.
