Builder sells last home in community

BRADENTON — M/I Homes of Sarasota LLC sold the last home in the Bradenton community of Brookside Estates.

According to a press release, 63 single-family residences were sold in the community since February 2016.

The builder will now focus on sales at Twin Rivers in Parrish, where it plans to open a new model in November.
