Contractor appoints office leader

CAPE CORAL — Big Sky Southeast, a full-service concrete contractor, appointed Christopher Carr head of the firm's Southwest Florida's office.

Carr is also a managing partner of the firm, according to a release. He has more than 15 years experience in construction management. Most recently, he spent four years at Auburn Hills, Mich.-based E.L.S. Construction, where he was vice president of construction. Before that he was a project manager for the Rockford Construction Co. and other construction-related businesses, the release adds.

A certified general contractor, Big Sky Southeast is a full-service concrete contractor specializing in concrete foundations, building slabs, elevated decks, precast topping, masonry, columns, sidewalks and stamped concrete. The firm has experience in retail, warehouse, automotive and hospitality sectors, among other industries. Its Southwest Florida office is in Cape Coral.
