Builder launches affordable home division

CAPE CORAL — Cape Coral-based custom homebuilder Beattie Development launched a new affordable home division.

RRB Homes will offer single-family homes starting at $149,900. Floor plans range from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet. Buyers can choose from three design packages for interior finishes.

According to a press release, Beattie Development partnered with two lenders to provide buyers with construction loans requiring a 10% down payment. The company plans to build the homes on customers' lots in 90 days.
