Homebuilder's sales increase in April

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities reported a more than 10% increase in sales in April compared to March.

Neal Communities had 106 new home sales in April, according to a press release. The company's yearly total is 412 sales.

The builder's master-planned Grand Palm community in Venice had 15 new home sales. Englewood's Boca Royale Golf & Country Club had 14 sales. The Milano community in Venice had 13 sales. The company's newest neighborhood in West Bradenton, The Estuary, had 12 sales before its grand opening, which was last weekend.
