MYAKKA CITY — Gopher Hill Farm purchased 751 acres of agricultural land in Myakka City for $2.65M from Giuliano Florida Realty Development Group.
The property is off State Road 70 at 28551 Gopher Hill Rd. Dennis and Terri Kotaska of Re/Max Alliance Group represented the buyer and seller.
Dennis Kotaska says in a statement the buyer purchased the property as an investment and has not yet determined its use.
