Condo sees sales success

FORT MYERS — In just under three months, 40% of the residences at the planned One condominium have been reserved, according to a press release.

Sales began in January for the 18-story waterfront condominium designed by architects Behar Font and Partners. The downtown Fort Myers River District condominium will have 28 units priced from the high $500,000s to over $2.7 million.

“The sales success has been an affirmation of our belief in the quality of our product and the strength of our location in the history-rich Fort Myers River District where a variety of arts, entertainment, shopping and dining options are plentiful,” says One Director of Sales and Marketing Barbara Bengochea-Perez in a statement.
