Builder reaches construction milestone

SARASOTA — Homebuilder and developer London Bay Homes has reached the halfway mark on a model home under construction near downtown Sarasota.

The two-story, 4,377-square-foot Camberdale model is part of London Bay Homes' newly introduced Sarasota Collection of luxury homes.

Construction on the model is slated to be finished this summer. When complete, it will be shown as a fully furnished model with interiors by Romanza Interior Design. The home will be priced at $2,975,000.
