Office building sells for $4.05M

LAKEWOOD RANCH — A 30,010-square-foot, multi-tenant office building in Lakewood Ranch was sold for $4.05 million.

According to a press release from Marcus & Millichap, the seller of Magnolia Green 8 on Professional Parkway East was a private investor. Robbie McEwan of Marcus & Millichap's Orlando office and James Medefind of Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office had the listing to market the property. No information was immediately available on the buyer.

The building was constructed in 2006 and is 88% occupied by a mix of local tenants, the statement says.
