Bank appoints vice president

SARASOTA — CenterState Bank Florida appointed Michael Forson as vice president and commercial banking relationship manager.

In the role, Forson will develop new commercial banking relationships and maintain existing relationships with the bank's business clients in Sarasota and Bradenton.

Most recently, Forson was vice president and private banker at Fifth Third Bank in Sarasota. He's involved in the Goodwill Manasota Veterans Task Force and is a Ringling College Library Association board member.
