Builder selects new vice president

BONITA SPRINGS — Homebuilder Neal Communities hired Michael Agins as vice president of sales and marketing for the company's south region, which includes Lee and Collier counties.

Agins will be responsible for regional sales and marketing. He will also oversee the south region design team and be involved in the development of condominium communities.

In his previous job with another homebuilder, Agins managed a team of selling and administrative professionals in Lee and Collier counties. He also oversaw startup projects, project launches and amenity openings.
