Law firm, partner merge with Sarasota practice

SARASOTA — Chris Caswell, former owner of Caswell Legal in Sarasota, has merged his law practice into Berlin Patten Ebling, one of the largest real estate-focused law firms in the Sarasota-Manatee region.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Caswell is the 12th attorney at Berlin Patten Ebling and was a named a partner at the firm, according to a statement. Caswell is a real estate and estate planning attorney, and has extensive experience handling residential and commercial real estate, wills, trusts, probate and business law, the release adds.
