SVN teams with Kova Cos.

Brokerage firm SVN Florida, the former Sperry Van Ness, has teamed up with Naples-based Kova Cos. to form a new commercial real estate company.

SVN Kova will operate with 20 agents from offices in Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers, and provide traditional brokerage services and property management along with insurance, risk management expertise.

Together, the two companies will offer a “highly integrated assemblage of services unparalleled in the industry,” Anthony Emma Jr., Kova Cos. president and CEO who will be SVN Kova's managing partner, says in a statement.
