MANATEE — The first Hyatt Place hotel in Manatee County has opened in Lakewood Ranch.
The five-story Hyatt Place Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch hotel is near Interstate 75 at the University Parkway exit. The hotel has 122 guest rooms.
“As Lakewood Ranch continues to grow and thrive economically, we are excited to add to the momentum by welcoming the first Hyatt Place hotel to the area,” says General Manager Ashleigh Gonzalez in a statement.
