Office, warehouse sells for $1.2M

Pine Cape Center LLC, an investment entity, recently closed on a deal to buy the 18,894-square-foot Pine Cape Center in Cape Coral for $1.25 million.

The three-building property, on 1.83 acres, consists of a 31-suite executive office, a six-unit warehouse and a single-tenant warehouse, according to a release. The building, 1136 NE Pine Island Road, is less than one-mile southwest of Del Prado Boulevard, in the heart of the Pine Island Commercial Corridor, the release adds.

Mike Doyle and Rokki Rogan of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, Pine Cape Corp. Robert DeRupo of Rossman Commercial Realty represented the buyer.
