Real estate brokers launch luxury unit

A trio of real estate brokers with Re/Max Alliance Group in Sarasota launched a new niche brokerage out of the office: the Ultra Luxury Property Group.

The unit is a concierge real estate team that will cater to high-end clients buying or selling properties on the West Coast of Florida, according to a release. The group includes Realtors Jay Travis and Christy Travis, along with Kimberly Mills, the release adds.

Ultra Luxury Property Group, beyond sales and marketing, will provide a host of other services, including translations, home staging, currency conversion and personal shoppers.
