Commercial brokerage adds executive

Naples-based Kova Partners named Chad Commers director of brokerage services for Kova Commercial of Naples.

Commers will be responsible for advising businesses and individuals throughout the commercial real estate sales and leasing processes, capitalizing on both on- and off-market opportunities, according to a statement.

Commers is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a licensed broker in the state of Minnesota, the release adds. He was senior vice president of Roseville Properties Management Co., based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul region, from 2008 to 2015, according to his LinkedIn profile. The family-owned firm, states the profile, owns and manages about three million square feet in both the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and the Fort Myers-Naples region.
