Self-storage REIT completes $73 million in deals

As part of its $630 million acquisition of iStorage PO LLC, a Winter Haven-based self-storage operator and investor, National Storage Affiliates Trust, has valued six of the company's Gulf Coast properties at nearly $73 million.
