Construction firm expands, opens third office

Shell contractor ODC Construction, with divisions in Orlando and Tampa, is adding a third office location to increase its presence in south Florida.

The new office is located in Boynton Beach, a statement from the company says. It comes during a rapid growth period for ODC, which increased year-over-year revenue by 17.1% to $80 million last year. It expects to hit $115 million in revenue in 2016, the statement says.

The bulk of ODC's south Florida work is in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, the statement says. This year, the contractor has built more than 200 homes from Indian River County to the Florida Keys. Notable clients in the region include DR Horton, Stellar Homes, Meritage Homes, K-Hovnanian Homes and Oakmont Custom Builders.
