Financial services exec to tackle new role

SANIBEL — Sanibel Captiva Community Bank named banking veteran Beth Countryman its vice president of treasury management.

Countryman has more than 20 years banking experience, including three previous vice president and assistant vice presidents roles, a statement says. She will be responsible for supporting business clients with the bank's suite of digital products, including Small Business Bill Pay, Wire Manager, Permier ACH, Positive Pay and EZ Deposit.

Founded in 2003, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has two locations on Sanibel and three in Fort Myers. The bank has $277 million in assets and reported $14.66 million in revenue in 2015.
