Big Frog biz get new big cheese

DUNEDIN — Tina Bacon-DeFrece has been named president of franchise-based custom T-shirt company Big Frog.

Leeward Bean, CEO of Dunedin-based Big Frog, announced the promotion at the recently held annual Big Frog franchise conference, dubbed FROG-A-Thon

Bacon-DeFrece, who helped launch the firm in 2006, will be responsible for day-to-day franchise operations, including marketing, administration and finance, according to a statement. Bean will focus on strategic planning, IT and franchise development.
