Real estate brokerage adds partner

Becky Culp, a broker associate with RoseBay International, a residential and commercial real estate and property management, has been named a partner at the firm.

Culp, according to a statement, has been with the firm for a decade.

RoseBay President Mike Rosario, in the statement, says Culp "was instrumental in guiding the company's survival and turnaround during the years of economic downturn. She played a key role in contributions towards growth and record breaking sales that have placed RoseBay in a solid financial position today.”

RoseBay has three offices in the Sarasota-Bradenton market: Southside Village in Sarasota; the Rosemary District of downtown Sarasota; and on Cortez Road West in Bradenton.
