Three Florida ZIP codes, including two on the Gulf Coast, made the top 10 in a study of neighborhoods with at least one good school that represents the best home buying bargains nationwide.

The study is from data firm RealtyTrac, now owned by Attom Data Solutions. It looked at test scores for 18,968 elementary schools across the country in 4,435 ZIP codes with a combined 45.9 million single family homes and condos, according to a release. School test scores are from 2015 data from each state's department of education.

A good school, in the report, is defined as any with an overall test score at least one-third above the state average score of 1. The highest scoring school in each zip code was used for the ZIP code analysis. Home value data are from July, the release states, and median home prices are based on January to June 2016 sales compared to the same time period in previous years.
