Prominent broker earns plum region-wide promotion

Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT broker Janet Robinson, one of the leading commercial real estate executives in the Sarasota-Manatee region for the last 20 years, now has an even bigger role.

Robinson, according to a release, has been named commercial director for Coldwell Banker's West Central Florida region, which goes from Charlotte County to Tampa Bay. She will assume the new role Aug. 17.

“I'm excited to expand my influence, as well as the overall network of both residential and commercial associates in the West Central Florida region,” Robinson says in the release. “I look forward to sharing my knowledge and am eager for the new learning opportunities ahead.”

Robinson has worked in commercial real estate since 1996.
