Sarasota company expands national presence

SARASOTA — Progressive Employer Management Company (PEMCO), a payroll, human resources, workers' compensation and employee benefits provider, expanded its nationwide footprint with a new office in Texas.

The office, located in Coppell, Texas, opened April 26, a statement says. PEMCO, which has had a presence in Dallas since 2014, will provide its services primarily to small and mid-sized companies.

“With more than 500 businesses in Coppell, we have seen an increased need for expertise and business solutions so that owners can focus on their core operations,” says Ruben Garcia, PEMCO business consultant, in the statement.
