The Phelan family is known for their successful chain of 11 Pincher's seafood restaurants stretching from Tampa to Naples.

But father-son team Tony and Grant Phelan have recently been doing something different, refining their barbecue concept at a restaurant in Naples called Texas Tony's Barbecue Shack.

Now they're ready to break out of the shack.
