Bradenton CPA firm counts on new principal

BRADENTON — David Lanni has been named a principal with Shinn & Co., one of the largest independent accounting firms in the Sarasota-Bradenton region.

Lanni has worked with the firm for the last four years, according to a release. He started out as tax manager. Lanni was also a manager at UHY Advisors in Detroit for 15 years before he moved to Florida and joined Shinn & Co.

“David is a crucial member of the Shinn & Co. family,” Shinn & Co. founder and Managing Partner Byron Shinn says in the statement. “We congratulate him on his new position and look forward to a prosperous and successful future.”
