PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Pulte Home Corp. purchased 73.04 acres located adjacent to Germain Arena and bounded by Estero Parkway, Interstate 75 and Miromar Outlets for $10.2 million.

The price equated to $139,650 per acre.
