PRICE: $7.2 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.8 million, June 2000
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, Sarasota

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
A Sarasota family led by Dora Thomas purchased the Value Self Storage in Venice for $7.2 million.

The price equated to $120 per square foot.
