NAPLES — Hertz named Jeffrey Foland as senior executive vice president and chief revenue officer, recruiting him from United Airlines where he served as chief marketing and strategy officer.
In his role at Hertz, Foland will oversee global car rental marketing, sales, pricing and revenue functions, the company says. Hertz is temporarily headquartered in Naples while it is building an $85 million headquarters campus in Estero.
In November, the car-rental giant appointed former United Airlines president John Tague to be Hertz' president and CEO. Tague became chief executive of Hertz after the resignation in September of Mark Frissora, who engineered the company's relocation from New Jersey to Southwest Florida in 2013.
