Naples home prices resume climb

NAPLES — The median price of a single-family home in March in Naples rose 9% to $387,000 over the same month one year ago, resuming its climb after a year-over-year drop in February.

The median price of a single-family home fell 2% year-over-year in February to $372,000, but grew in March, according to the latest data from the Naples Area Board of Realtors.

Meanwhile, the median price of an existing condo in Naples rose 16% to $250,000 and the number of existing-condo sales rose 10% to 581 in March compared with March 2014. By contrast, the number of existing single-family home sales fell 5% to 433 compared with March 2014.
