Two St. Petersburg CPA firms merge

ST. PETERSBURG — Two of the oldest CPA firms in St. Petersburg have reached an agreement to merge. Whiteman and Co. PA, and Spoor + Associates PA will join together and operate under the Spoor + Associates name. In conjunction with the merger, Tom Whiteman, owner and managing shareholder of Whiteman and Co., will become a principal with Spoor + Associates.
