Atlanta's Pollack Shores building Gateway North

Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has broken ground on a new luxury apartment community at 2681 Roosevelt Blvd., Largo. Gateway North will have 342 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on 16.25 acres.

The three-story community will have a lake with a walking trail, a clubhouse with a water-scaped pool, cabanas, a fitness center, business center and outdoor grilling and entertainment areas.

The first apartments should be ready for residents in late spring 2014, with final completion expected that fall. Matrix Residential will lease and manage the community.
