LAW FIRM ON DEED: Madden Law Firm LLC, Fort Myers

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: An Australian real estate investment trust that operates as Ozinus Realty LLC purchased the 61,354-square-foot Palmetto Grove Industrial Park for $2 million.
