IT firms band together for $10M joint venture

SARASOTA — Axiologix, a local IT services firm that focuses on cloud-based software, formed a joint venture business with Tampa-based ePath Communications, a company that develops wireless broadband networks.

The joint venture, under the name Axiocomm LLC, has the potential for annual revenues of $10 million, according to a release from Sarasota-based Axiologix. The partnership will focus on selling voice, data and cloud services. The revenues and profits will be split evenly, the release states.

Axiologix telecom operations President Dennis Mitrano will manage day-to-day operations of the partnership. “This is another significant event in our ongoing journey to build a nationwide, market leading provider of cloud services to businesses across the U.S. — just like those of the decision makers targeted with this relationship,” Mitrano says in the release.
