Hospital names bank CEO incoming chairman

SARASOTA — Shaun Merriman, president and CEO of Gateway Bank of Southwest Florida, will serve as chairman of the board of trustees for Doctors Hospital of Sarasota in 2014, the bank announced in a statement.
