Local real estate firm expands to Palm Coast

SARASOTA — Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, based in Sarasota, is expanding to the east coast of Florida.

The firm acquired the assets of the Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group, which has nine offices spread through Flagler, Volusia and Osceola counties, according to a release. The nine offices, on the Palm Coast, will operate under the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate flag, which now has more than 80 branches statewide.

Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group, which was founded in 2009, reported more than $97 million in closed sales volume in 2012, according to the release. The firm has 30 sales agents.
