Builder selected for retirement-care community

NAPLES — CC Devco Homes will develop and build 96 retirement homes on 16 acres in the upscale community of Grey Oaks.

The community, called Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, will include an assisted-living and memory care center for its residents. Prices of the homes were not disclosed.
