Local Re/Max firm launches new CRE units

SARASOTA — Re/Max Platinum Realty has opened a commercial real estate division, which local agent Bruce Ginsberg will oversee.

Ginsberg, who worked with Re/Max once before, comes to the firm for the new role from Coldwell Banker, according to a release. He will be involved in commercial sales and leasing, residential and commercial investment properties, and property management.

“We are very honored to have Bruce join Re/Max Platinum Realty,” broker-owner Bryan Guentner says in the statement. “His knowledge, experience and expertise will be instrumental in getting our commercial division under way.”
