TRINITY — Southern Crafted Homes, with 35 sales in the first quarter, more than tripled its output from the 2011 first quarter, when it had 11 sales.

The Pasco County-based builder now says it will surpass its 2012 sales projections by late summer, and could reach 90 sales by the end of the year, according to a release. The firm sold 54 homes in 2011, with a total sales volume of $14.83 million.

The 2011 sales volume landed the company on Professional Builder magazine's list of 2012 Housing Giants. Click here to read more about Southern Crafted.
