Swiss firm picks Pilgrim

TAMPA — Pilgrim Software announced that Medela, the Swiss-based manufacturer of breast pumps and other post-natal supplies, has selected the Tampa-based firm to provide the technology for managing complaints. Terms were not disclosed.
